We specialize in a range of women's health services, including gynecology, obstetrics, and reproductive health. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all medical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained to meet safety and compliance standards. About the Role: This is a part-time opportunity working on-site at our Country Club Road Clinic in Eugene, Oregon. The position has an expectation of 17-24hrs per week. The Sterile Processing Clerk recruiting pay range is $15.21 - $18.33/hr.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to take direction from multiple staff members and prioritize effectively.
• Strong personal work habits with a high level of accountability and self-management skills that enable desired outcomes.
• Easily able to adapt and maintain composure, effective at time priority and management, and able to respond to feedback constructively.
• Strong communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and well-developed interpersonal capabilities that enable successful interactions with others.
• Engages well with the team/patients through respectful and inclusive conduct.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and sterilization techniques.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and defects, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of instruments and supplies.
• Restock supplies and ensure all necessary equipment is readily available for medical staff.
