About The Position

Assists in the maintenance of all sterile equipment. Adheres to all State and Federal regulations regarding equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of related equipment maintenance, processing and storage.
• 1-3 years of technical experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, calibrates, maintains and where needed, disinfects equipment per manufacturer's recommended procedures.
• Performs manufacturer recommended preventive maintenance Maintains accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on equipment.
• Obtains required consent before performing any modifications to medical, water treatment, plumbing or wiring equipment.
• Ensures inventory levels of supplies, tools and test equipment on equipment are maintained and initiates replacement orders, as required.
• Performs safety testing on all equipment.
• Performs water system maintenance and testing.
