Our busy orthodontic team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly. This is a vital support role responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures (training provided if needed)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced orthodontic environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all dental instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC standards
- Maintain sterilization logs and ensure all infection-control protocols are followed
- Prepare instrument trays for clinical procedures
- Restock supplies in treatment rooms and sterilization area
- Clean chairs, counters, and equipment between patients
- Assist the clinical team with setup and breakdown of operatories
- Monitor inventory and notify team leads when supplies need reordering
- Support the flow of patients and clinical operations as needed
