Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Possess a desire for a career in Sales, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 9-month rotational program including exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and Sonepar USA business philosophy.
  • Engage in hands-on experience in every aspect of the business through on-the-job training, e-learning, and subject matter expert training.
  • Present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives at the conclusion of the program.
  • Experience core rotations in Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter/Storeroom, Projects & Quotations, and Sales/Digital Solutions/Marketing.
  • Participate in team-building activities with fellow trainees.
  • Travel to different company locations for specialized training.
