Requirements

• Education: High School or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing setting

• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using while numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Other Skills and Abilities: Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operates transport equipment in a safe and efficient manner within manufacturer guidelines.
• Performs various inspection tasks of equipment and products to promote sustained quality and stability of the entire heat treating line.
• Accurately and timely records/reports data to department leaders.
• Utilizes computer systems and various software to proficiently track the entire process and adjust parameters.
• Maintain an orderly, safe working environment.
• Performs other related duties as required.
