We are currently hiring Summer Camp Instructors who are also interested in staying on through the school year as STEAM Teachers and/or Robotics Coaches for our FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) teams. Instructors will lead camps and classes throughout the summer, with the opportunity to coach one of our robotics teams starting this fall. Requirements

  • Passion for working with children ages 4–14.
  • Classroom or camp experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Degree or progress toward a degree in Education or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Must pass background and child clearances.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with neurodiverse students is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of up to 16 students through engaging, curriculum-based STEAM activities.
  • Promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while introducing students to STEAM concepts.
  • Follow Snapology’s provided lesson plans and materials—no prep needed!
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Snapology leadership.
  • Transport, clean, and manage program materials.
  • Participate in team training and meetings (training provided in Bedford, TX).
  • Represent Snapology professionally at events, camps, and classes.
