STEM Summer Camp Director

Code NinjasCastle Rock, CO
3d$19 - $21

About The Position

Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids’ STEM franchise. At Code Ninjas, we believe kids learn best by building the things they love. In our Castle Rock center, kids ages 5-14 gain confidence and problem-solving skills through hands-on technology. Our 2026 Summer Camps empower "Ninjas" to become creators through robotics, AI, 3D modeling, video production, Minecraft, and Roblox. Our core promise is: “Kids have fun, parents see results.” We are looking for a smart, high-energy leader to direct our summer 2026 camps at our Castle Rock location. As the Director, you are the face of our center for summer programs, ensuring parents have absolute confidence in our program while kids have the time of their lives building and creating. This is a premier leadership opportunity designed to demonstrate both technical project management and business operations skills on a professional resume or college application. You will lead a collaborative team of dynamic, forward-thinking minds working toward a common goal: providing an elite, safe, and fun learning environment for the next generation of creators and engineers.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise, organize, or lead within work groups, clubs, or teams. We are looking for a "go-getter" who seeks ways to contribute rather than waiting to be told.
  • Tech Versatility: Knowledgeable about, or a strong willingness to learn, concepts in robotics, AI, video production, Minecraft, Roblox, and 3D design.
  • Education/Childcare Experience: Experience with children (ages 5-14) in coaching, mentoring, or tutoring roles; ability to work patiently with differing learning styles and abilities, including neurodivergent learners.
  • Dynamic Personality: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where requirements can change frequently.
  • Team Player: Works well with others and enjoys a collaborative, energetic team culture. Must be fun to work with and enjoy fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Camps: Oversee day-to-day operations and student engagement across all 2026 camp during the 10-week season.
  • Drive Excellence: Ensure high-quality delivery of our proprietary curriculum and manage specialized equipment (3D printers, robots, and AI tools).
  • Parent Relations: Act as the primary lead for parents who value top-tier STEM enrichment, providing professional updates on their child’s progress and achievements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and collaborate with a team of instructors (Senseis) to maintain a safe, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
  • Quality Control: Create a positive environment in which students can grow and ensure the center remains a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
