Requirements

  • Actively working toward Bachelor's degree
  • None
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with computer applications (Windows‑based tools) and comfort with data entry and information management

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of the week‑long STEM Pathfinder summer program for high school students ages 14–17
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate schedules, tours, career chats, and hands‑on STEM activities
  • Facilitate engaging STEM experiments and team‑building activities while supporting daily program logistics
  • Provide administrative and data support, including project completion, meeting participation, and post‑program reporting
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
