• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing and closing enrollments
• Coding knowledge required
• Experience working with kids preferred
• Reliable and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Guide students through Code Ninjas curriculum
• Assist with coding projects (Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress
• Conduct tours for prospective families
• Explain memberships and camp programs
• Follow up on leads via phone/email
• Convert trials into enrollments
• Support local marketing events
