About The Position

In this role, you will focus on operational excellence and scalability while driving impactful strategies to support millions of customers worldwide. You will engage actively with Product, Tech, and Operations teams, collaborating closely to shape and implement transformational business strategies. Your expertise will enable operational change and support our partner's hyper-growth ambitions in the global fintech landscape. This hands-on position requires a problem solver ready to tackle challenges and elevate operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments in Strategy & Operations or related roles.
• Proven success in leading and implementing continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Understanding of modern technologies (including LLMs and AI agents) for scalable solutions.
• Experience with Business Process Outsourcing and collaboration with external vendors.
• Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills using PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with regulated environments and KPI-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Define, track, and report on key operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for efficient goal achievement.
• Manage project prioritization effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align process improvement strategies with business goals.
• Drive governance and execution of strategic operations projects from concept to delivery.
