Why You’ll Love Working Here Compensation: $20.00 - $23.40 per hour, based on experience + $1.50/hour shift premium Overtime pay: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours Paid vacation + 11 paid holidays Day 1 benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (we cover 87% of medical costs!) 401(k): 3% automatic company contribution - plus match up to 2% Quarterly profit-sharing: Average annual payout of $6,000–$10,000 $180 boot allowance Tuition reimbursement + $5,000 adoption benefit Free coffee, hot drinks, on-site barbershop, and fitness center Training begins on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). Saturday OT is scheduled in advance.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Material Handler Experience
- Tape Measure Reading
- Heavy Material Handling
- Forklift Licensed
- Meets Physical Requirements
- High School / GED
- Shop Math Skills
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
- Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
- Support machine operators and complete documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
