Your mission Safely operate, observe, and maintain the equipment that turns raw ferrous inputs into consistent, high grade output while collaborating with a tight knit team to meet daily targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred but not required
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills
• Comfort in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
• Effective communicator and supportive team player
• Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices
• Availability for flexible hours and overtime when necessary

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steel and iron production machinery with attention to detail
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to sustain optimal performance

• Document production information and report abnormalities without delay
• Help train new team members on processes and safe work practices
• Drive improvements through participation in efficiency and quality initiatives
