About The Position
New Opportunities Organization is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic educators to join our collaborative in-custody instructional team. We provide essential training in academic, vocational, social, and emotional skills. Our mission is to help individuals gain the competencies needed to secure employment and reintegrate into society as productive, engaged citizens. Our STEAM courses are central to this mission, focusing on Mathematics and Arts & Sciences. These courses offer students dynamic learning experiences through hands-on assignments, collaborative projects, presentations, and reflective activities. STEAM is complemented by our Life Skills curriculum, which supports personal and professional growth.
