About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic/Plumber performs a wide range of repair and maintenance duties primarily related to plumbing equipment and systems. This role involves maintenance and repair work on utility infrastructure, building systems, steam heating systems, laboratories, exhaust fans, pumps, and air compressors. The position also requires participation in an on-call rotation in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in plumbing and piping
• Valid US Driver's license
• Ability to be medically qualified for respirator use.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industrial plumbing, steam fitting and/or piping.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on plumbing equipment and systems.
• Maintain utility infrastructure and building systems.
