Requirements

Must share a passion for sparking imagination and creativity in kids ages 4–14
Must pass a background check and obtain required child clearances
2+ years working with children (teaching, coaching, camps, etc.)
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and dependable availability

Nice To Haves

Teaching/education background is a plus!

Responsibilities

Lead groups of up to 20 students in fun, hands-on STEAM lessons using LEGO bricks
Keep kids engaged, excited, and supported
Prepare by reviewing curriculum and training materials in advance
Foster a positive, safe classroom culture
Communicate professionally with parents and partners
Attend occasional team meetings and trainings
