Requirements

• Previous tray or food server experience is mandatory.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
• Previous money handling experience is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Upsell food and beverages within the restaurant, including desserts and appetizers.
• Report to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station.
• Ensure that stations are clean, orderly, and stocked with specified condiments and promotional material.
• Set tables properly according to assigned station.
• Complete side duties, including stocking condiments, folding napkins, and polishing glasses.
• Take guest orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation, and availability.
