About The Position

As an STCA, you will manage approximately 6 to 8 customer appointments daily. You will be responsible for operating a company-owned vehicle to visit customers' homes, finalize vehicle purchases, greet customers, inspect cars for sale, and facilitate paperwork completion using an iPad. Your role will also include accurately maintaining customer records within our tracking system. Safe driving and a clean driving record are essential, as is a team-oriented approach to assist colleagues when needed.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to accurately handle and process paperwork.
Proficient in using electronic devices such as iPads for documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Handle 6 to 8 customer appointments each day.

Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record according to the CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks as needed.
