About The Position

The STC Advocate role is a unique combination of responsibilities that place you as the face of our company. As the first point of contact for customers selling their vehicles to us, you will ensure they have an exceptional experience. This role involves driving a company-owned car to multiple appointments daily, greeting customers, evaluating vehicles, facilitating paperwork on an iPad, and coordinating the pickup of vehicles.

Requirements

Customer service oriented with 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer, providing exceptional service.
Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with our CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Assist team members with various tasks as necessary.
Drive to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes, evaluating vehicles and managing paperwork.
