About The Position

This position involves various shifts and requires the completion of the St. Bernards PCT Trainee Program. After completing the program, the incumbent will be responsible for performing assigned patient care activities and assisting licensed nursing personnel. The role is under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Manager or designee, and the incumbent will be responsible for assigned areas. Additionally, incumbents may be subject to overtime and call-back as required by the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in oral and written grammar and communication
• Basic mathematics proficiency
• Completion of the St. Bernards PCT Trainee program
• Knowledge of patient care technician practices
• Understanding of hospital policies and procedures
• Basic non-technical skills acquired through on-the-job training
