This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in statutory and collections processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across client accounts. The Statutory Process Specialist will manage account reconciliations, prepare statutory notices and liens, and act as a liaison for client inquiries. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and mathematical skills who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting continuous process improvements.   • Manage statutory and collection accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client and property management inquiries.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain valid liens, FDCPA notices, and statutory notices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct thorough research of property ownership through deeds and public records.
  • Reconcile ledgers, post charges, credits, and payments, and maintain up-to-date account balances.
  • Ensure all processes comply with federal and state collection laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Document account activity, provide detailed case notes, and report monthly status updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient workflow, backup coverage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in office administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in statutory processing, collections, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements, including FDCPA.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Collectronic and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and with clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Experience with property management and community associations is a plus.
