About The Position

Responsible for learning all operations of Stator Assembler B. Become familiar with all tools and equipment for generator final assembly.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prefer to have a candidate with 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
• Proficiency with shop tools - grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc., and ability to choose optimal tool for the task.
• Required to lift / move 50 lb. materials.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms with basic math skills.
• Successful applicants must be able to pass hearing and vision tests.
• Must be able to obtain fork truck and crane license.
• The Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate - Silver Status required.
• Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
