Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail (you notice the little things!)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise and keep displays neat, full, and inviting
- Organize backstock so everything is easy to find and ready to go
- Perform daily cycle counts and help keep inventory accurate
- Spot discrepancies and help us stay on top of our numbers
- Answer department phones and emails with professionalism and positivity
- Help schedule stationery appointments and communicate with internal teams
- Help shoppers find the perfect stationery or party items
- Provide product info and support simple sales transactions
- Pass along custom or detailed requests to the right team members
- Keep workspaces clean, efficient, and ready for action
- Jump in on seasonal resets, promotions, and special projects
