About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Stationery and Gifting Sales Specialist to drive revenue across DFW and beyond. This role focuses on proactively engaging booked and unbooked clients, selling the full stationery and gifting experience, and maintaining strong relationships with venue teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and confident in both outbound communication and in-person sales.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required; stationery, wedding industry, or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills with confidence in outbound selling.
  • Self-directed, organized, and motivated to hit goals without direct daily oversight.
  • Comfortable managing a full calendar and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to attend onsite meetings in DFW and travel occasionally to the Houston or Hill Country region.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to booked and unbooked clients to schedule consultations and sell the complete stationery, signage, and gifting experience.
  • Fill and manage a consistent calendar of client meetings, follow-ups, design reviews, and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations, guiding clients through options, packages, timelines, and customization.
  • Attend weekly Dallas BEO meetings and participate in outside regional BEO meetings virtually.
  • Maintain strong communication with venue teams, wedding specialists, and sales leads to ensure seamless client handoff and maximum attachment.
  • Support monthly venue showcases in DFW and occasionally travel to Houston or Hill Country for showcases or high-priority client needs.
  • Set up, maintain, and refresh visual merchandising displays, sample kits, and product arrangements at venues and design centers.
  • Track all client notes, conversion updates, order statuses, and follow-up tasks in the designated CRM or workflow system.
  • Partner with production, design, and client care teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all product categories including invitations, signage, day-of goods, apparel, monogrammed gifts, and custom accessories.
  • Represent the brand professionally at showcases, events, and occasional photo or content shoots.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
