About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Stationary Engineers for projects located in and around Baltimore, MD. This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $43/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Operate and Monitor Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, and other Power Plant Equipment, Ensuring all Systems Run Safely and Efficiently Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance including Lubrication, Gasket and Valve Replacement, and Cleaning of Boilers, Strainers, and Related Components Diagnose and Repair Issues with Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation Systems, using Proper Tools and Test Equipment Maintain Detailed Logs of Equipment Readings, Inspections, and Maintenance Activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Operating and Maintaining Boilers, Chillers, and Related Mechanical Systems
• Strong Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems in Commercial or Industrial Facilities
• Able to Read and Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, and Gauges
• Proficiency in Maintaining Accurate Logs and Maintenance Records
• Able to Troubleshoot Equipment Malfunctions and Perform Repairs Safely and Efficiently
• Able to Work Second Shift (3:30 PM-12:30 AM) and Occasional Weekends or Holidays as Required
• Physically Capable of Lifting up to 50 Pounds, Climb Ladders, and Work in Confined Spaces
• Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Safety Protocols
