About The Position

The Stationary Engineer position involves ensuring all equipment is operating safely, performing necessary inspections, and maintaining records of spare parts and inventory levels. The role requires a Stationary Engineer license and experience with various building systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required and 4 years of related experience.
• Stationary Engineer license required with proof of certification.
• Experience with building automation systems including pneumatic and electronic controls.
• Knowledge and experience of Boiler System, Ammonia and Freon Chillers, Air Compressors, Glycol and AHU cooling systems, Fire protection system, Air Handling system, Waste Water system and Hot oil system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is operating safely.
• Perform all necessary inspections and report all deviations to management.
• Perform all PM's and track service calls as required.
• Adjust settings to maintain safe and efficient operation of Stationary equipment.
• Keep records of all spare parts and inventory levels, gaskets, chemicals, pumps, etc.
• Perform any added training necessary to maintain licenses or newer technology.
