About The Position

Incumbents in this position operate, maintain and repair stationary engines and mechanical equipment to provide utilities or power for buildings and industrial processes under the training of a Class I licensed Stationary Engineer.

Requirements

An Associate's degree in Building Maintenance, Building Systems Engineering Technology, or a related field with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical systems.
Applicants must possess and maintain a Stationary Engineer's License (Class II Restricted) issued by the City of St. Louis by completion of the working test period (eleven months).
Experience assisting in the operation and maintenance of high pressure boilers and steam generators, chillers in excess of 500 tons, building automation systems, emergency generators or related equipment.
