Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a Licensure as required by state law.
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of experience with a mechanical contractor or experience as a stationary engineer in a commercial or hospital service environment
Responsibilities
- Maintains and operates boilers, chillers, and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures.
- Adheres to regulatory and code requirements.
- Maintains and operates Co-Generation and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures.
- Adheres to regulatory and code requirements. At management's discretion, performs other related duties consistent with minimum level of preparation and training required and department demands/needs.
- Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned
- Maintains major equipment in the central plant, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment
