Stationary Engineer I Full Time Rotating Position Summary Maintains major equipment in the central plant; chillers, boilers, and associated equipment. Maintains and operates boilers, chillers and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures. Adheres to regulatory and code requirements. Maintains and operates Co-Generation and associated equipment according to established policies and procedures. Adheres to regulatory and code requirements. At management’s discretion, performs other related duties consistent with minimum level of preparation and training required and department demands/needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience with a mechanical contractor or experience as a stationary engineer in a commercial or hospital service environment.
• Boiler Operators license.
• Additional licensure as required by state law.
