About The Position
The Stationary Engineer Apprentice position is designed for individuals who are looking to gain technical skills and knowledge in the operation of high-pressure heating and refrigeration plants. This apprenticeship program includes comprehensive on-the-job training and related supplemental instruction, with the goal of achieving journey level status within four years. Apprentices will work under the guidance of journey level stationary engineers and will be expected to attend evening classes at an approved trade school. The position involves various responsibilities related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
