About The Position

The Station Trainer at G2 Secure Staff is responsible for developing and leading the training strategy to ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and company policies related to aviation service staffing. This role involves implementing safety management systems, maintaining quality assurance, and continuously improving training programs to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
  • Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
  • Effective listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the training strategy for G2 Secure Staff and its related corporate entities.
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Implement safety plan for the station.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety.
  • Perform analysis for training, development, and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline standards.
  • Provide guidance and training-related technical support in the development and administration of training programs.
  • Develop training practices to improve overall service level standards.
  • Inspect facilities for training and ensure compliance with training programs.
  • Review audit reports, complaint trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and training curriculum topics.
  • Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and service levels.
  • Continuously monitor training programs.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
