About The Position
Energy Transfer is seeking a dedicated Station Operator to join our team in Douglas, Wyoming. As a Station Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities within assigned facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and efficient operations. Your role will involve controlling all aspects of inbound and outbound movements, product storage, and assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs. You will be expected to comply with operating procedures, constantly monitor product movement equipment, and maintain accurate records for code compliance, leak detection, and inventory management. In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of product movement at Pipeline facilities. This includes maintaining equipment to maximize availability and reliability, supporting equipment installation and repairs, and performing general day-to-day activities. You will also be responsible for making notifications, scheduling, and performing required maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with all Partnership and regulatory procedures. Your ability to read and understand flow, piping, and instrumentation drawings will be crucial in participating in facility project planning to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires you to work in a 24/7 operational environment, which may include shift rotations, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will need to be adaptable to meet the Partnership's needs and support existing call-out/on-call requirements. This position is vital to our operations, and we are looking for individuals who can react to high-stress situations in a thoughtful and timely manner.
