About The Position

Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals. Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics. Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages. Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations. Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking. Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs. Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost. Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations. Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs. Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business ore related field required OR years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience w/ degree OR 8 or more years of automotive/maintenance experience w/o degree
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID badge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Generators
