About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
  • Set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Date and rotate food containers per policies.
  • Monitor inventory, note shortages, and return unused items.
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Absorb teaching/coaching to improve culinary skills.
