About the position

We are currently searching for an Overnight Station Cook. This is an integral part of the food & beverage department's culinary team and is responsible for preparing high-quality food product for our guests in all outlets - restaurant, bar, in-room dining and banquets. This is a high-volume kitchen responsible for providing food to all of the Hotel's outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict sanitation guidelines consistent with State, Local and Four Seasons requirements.
  • Adhere to all Four Seasons standards - inside the kitchen as well as out.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a harmonious relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of culinary experience in high volume, luxury environment.
  • Experience in a high volume kitchen desired.
  • Candidates with a degree in culinary, hospitality, or similar, are preferred and will receive priority consideration.
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
  • Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required.
