Our Station Administrative Coordinator serves as a one-stop shop for the clerical needs of the Denver Station. The Station Administrative Coordinator works at a computer workstation within the airport and assists in the coordination of New Hire onboarding processes. Additionally, this role manages access and distribution of materials from Ground Operations Leaders, including station keys, Southwest and airport badges, parking tags/cards, paychecks, communication and training materials, and more as required. The Station Administrative Coordinator effectively communicates with the Ground Operations Teams, Leaders, and other workgroups to resolve many different inquiries and needs at once, while offering our Legendary Customer Service to our Internal and External Customers.
