Requirements

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required; or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) required; or One year of caregiving experience under the supervision of a licensed nurse required
Valid Ohio Driver’s License required
Reliable transportation required
Proof of auto insurance required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
