From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Requirements

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• OR currently enrolled in an STNA/CNA program and will start program or graduate within next 30 days
• OR recently completed STNA/CNA training with a scheduled test within next 30 days
• OR nursing student who has completed at least 1 term of clinicals (Ask us how to get certified!)
• Remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced situations.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and positive connections with residents and staff.
• Be reliable and consistent, someone your team and residents can count on.
• Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
• Work well in a team environment, lifting others up when needed.
• Take initiative, noticing what needs to be done before being asked.
