About The Position

The State Street Investment Management Cash Business is looking to recruit a Summer Intern to join the Cash team. Working as an intern in the Relationship Management team, your role may include, but may not be limited to: supporting the client relationship managers by helping to compile and create reports, analyse data and trends, and helping to co-ordinate presentations and meetings. Data and Trend Analysis will be a significant part of the role, and strong abilities in excel will be advantageous. Working in Client Service within the Cash team will include, but may not be limited to, the following: Assist in creation and dissemination of accurate and detailed reports to internal teams and stakeholders, identify and highlight trends. Assist with updating internal teams on projected cash flows. Assist with monitoring end of night expected cash funding and escalating with management as appropriate. Work with and build relationships with a number of different teams within SSGA and the wider State Street Corporation. Assist in the co-ordination of RFP and RFI's when required. Assist with preparing and organizing presentations for various meetings and events as required. The Cash Business is a dynamic and fast paced team and the successful candidate will be confident in working under pressure and tight deadlines and will possess a high degree of initiative. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Liberal Arts.
• A strong interest in the asset management industry, including Investment Management and ETFs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Prior exposure to Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
