About The Position

The Home Office Account Executive role within SSGA's Global Client Coverage Group focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major DC Recordkeeper clients. This position involves collaboration with a dedicated team to address client needs and support a wholesaling team that engages with platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants. The role can be performed remotely within the US and requires a strong emphasis on client experience and business retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Home Office or Key Accounts client-facing role at an asset management firm.
• Strong organizational, project planning, and execution skills.
• Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver client solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment with full compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude that motivates and inspires others.

Nice To Haves

• Strong DC and Sub advised industry knowledge and relationships.
• CIMA or CFA preferred.
