The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant. As a Lead GSRP Teacher, you’ll: Plan and implement daily lessons using the approved GSRP curriculum Conduct child observations and assessments using approved tools Collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each child and lead parent-teacher conferences Ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations Participate in required professional development and coaching Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners We’re seeking compassionate, curious, and committed educators who are eager to make a lasting impact.
