About The Position

The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman - PACE Ombudsman serves as a consumer advocate for individuals enrolled in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Colorado. This role involves managing the State Office PACE Ombudsman Program, ensuring that PACE participants receive quality care and have their rights protected. The Ombudsman is responsible for investigating complaints, providing training and support to local ombudsman programs, and maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
