Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services-related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician, EMT) OR
An Associate's Degree in a health or human services-related field AND a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field OR
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a health or human services-related field demonstrating the ability to perform the described duties and essential functions.

Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive program and information system analysis.
Assisting in the execution of enforcement orders.
Coordinating inspections of licensed facilities and meetings with licensing personnel.
Overseeing the fines management system and conducting on-site inspections.
Coordinating referrals and liaising with law enforcement agencies for criminal investigations.
Reviewing incident reports and assigning priority levels to complaints.
Designing and conducting research studies pertaining to licensed settings.
Assisting with data entry and data analysis.
Generating weekly and monthly reports utilizing data collection methods.
Ensuring data integrity through regular monitoring of database systems.
Reviewing, analyzing, and suggesting revisions to policies and regulations.
Coordinating information technology applications to support program operations.
Providing guidance, direction, and technical support to office staff.
