About The Position

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of IT.
Experience delivering HHS projects, including but not limited to Integrated Eligibility, Child Support, Child Welfare, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and/or Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with leading-edge technologies across Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enterprise platforms.
Proven track record of leading solution architecture initiatives and delivering impactful technology solutions in the HHS domain.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Government Procurement Expertise : Familiarity with the HHS procurement lifecycle, including experience with RFP/RFI responses, contract vehicles, and state-specific procurement processes.
Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.
Must be able to pass the govt background check.

Nice To Haves

Certifications : Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, PMP, or SAFe Agilist.
Data Strategy & Governance : Knowledge of data interoperability standards (e.g., NIEM, HL7), data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and master data management.
