Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Team Member to specialize in Medicare Supplements and Humana insurance policies. This role involves working across our three offices—Little River, Myrtle Beach, and North Myrtle Beach—to provide expert assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will utilize an existing book of business and deliver personalized insurance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of Medicare-eligible clients. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our office is open 8:30 am - 5:00 pm M-F, Saturday by Appointment. I am a proud graduate of Appalachian State University and Oklahoma State University. We currently have 10 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, specifically with Medicare Supplements and Humana policies preferred.
  • Valid insurance licenses required (state-specific licenses for Medicare and Humana products).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple office locations.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Medicare Supplements and Humana policies specialist, offering expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Work collaboratively across all three office locations to maximize customer accessibility and service.
  • Educate clients on available Medicare Supplement plans and Humana policy options, ensuring they understand coverage benefits and costs.
  • Assist customers throughout the enrollment and claims process, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Stay current on Medicare regulations, Humana policy updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and compliance with State Farm policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
