About The Position
This position functions as the Associate SDOH Policy Director within the Policy and Planning Bureau. The State Division Administrator functions as a division administrator serving as the associate director of the division. This position oversees the development, implementation and coordination of crosscutting and innovative policies and programs that further the Department's mission specifically related to addressing social drivers of health. The Associate SDOH Policy Director develops and implements new approaches to develop sustainable solutions that address upstream and midstream social factors that influence health outcomes through multisector partnerships.
