About The Position
Deliverimates LLC is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Associates to join our team in Milpitas, CA. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for individuals who are ready to deliver packages using company-provided new front-wheel drive vans. No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, and we welcome candidates with no prior experience. The ideal candidates will be energetic, quick, and committed to safety, ensuring that they are ready to work every scheduled day in a fast-paced environment. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being on the road, prioritize safety, and are dedicated to meeting customer expectations and satisfaction. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for successfully handling and delivering packages on time while adhering to all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies. You will be required to perform safety inspections on the company vehicle and provide excellent customer service, even in stressful conditions. The role demands physical stamina, as you will be lifting packages up to 50 lbs and getting in and out of the delivery van throughout the day. Communication with the support team is essential to ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently. We provide paid classroom training and training routes to help you get started. The shifts typically run from 10:50 AM until route completion, with full-time positions requiring 4-5 days of work per week and part-time positions requiring 2-3 days.
