Requirements

• Prior Starbucks Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task.
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system.
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Starbucks Manager with the training and development of staff.
• Perform duties of all positions within the department.
• Resolve employee and guest-related problems.
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Act as a Store Manager when required.
