Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the Starbucks store, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Train, mentor, and coach a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge. - Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions. - Ensure the store is maintained to Starbucks' high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. - Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Build strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a Starbucks store. - Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, with a deep understanding of Starbucks' products and standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. - Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor under pressure.
