Requirements

• Starbucks / Cafe management experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team with the support of the Shift Supervisors.
• Bring the Starbucks Experience to life by leading store operations.
• Build high-performing teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
