Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with operations management, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
  • General knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Starbucks manager or in a similar role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of Starbucks operations, including customer service, sales , and inventory management.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of baristas, fostering a culture of teamwork and interpersonal communications .
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, utilizing marketing insights.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks, demonstrating strong planning abilities.
  • Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards and guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory, through effective operations management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, utilizing influencing skills .
